I'm having the same sort of problem but mine is for a lot more money. I've filed a dispute with ebay too but like you i haven't heard from the seller or ebay. I always pay with a mo since i don't have a credit card.
<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Thanks for all the great advice. I had sent him an email this morning to let him know before I left negative feedback. Then just now I called and she (oops a she, not a he) was so nice. Her computer had been out for 2 weeks and she thought she had refunded the money through Paypal so she thought the whole thing was over!Originally posted by American_Mommy:
It took a lot of talking, and they had good reasons for everything. There was just a HUGE lack of communication through email. A phone call did the trick.
We have had to call a couple of sellers and a buyer. We save it for very extreme cases, but if it comes to the point where someone is going to be looking at negative feedback, we call.
She promised to send out the refund today and I believe her-yes, I can be pretty naive. But she has a lot (300+) of glowing feedback, if she were dishonest it would show in the comments.
Now if I could just get in those stupid rebates from Office Depot I would have some dolly money!
ETA: Wiccacat, I hope your situation is resolved soon. I know that it can be a lot of stress!
